Submission Guidelines

 

HOT-P2P 2005 invites author to submit papers on original and unpublished work in either PostScript or PDF format.  Papers written in English should follow the IEEE  format (single spaced, two columns, 10pt, Times font) and not exceed 8 pages including figures. Each submission must comprise a short abstract, a complete list of authors and their affiliations, the name of a contact person for correspondence, complete with postal in and e-mail addresses. Papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS web page http://edas.info/Conferences.cgi?c=4526
in three steps:

  1. Creation of a personal account on EDAS (for authors that never registered before)
  2. Registration of the paper
  3. Upload of the paper in either PostScript or PDF format.

All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by experts and returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference.

At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.

Notification of Acceptance:  April 26th, 2005
Camera-ready Manuscripts due:  May 9th, 2005
